The price tag on this film has puzzled me. But I remember watching at 2 am on channel 4 - 8 years ago (back when channel 4 was good). This is a sterling piece of work from cast and crew. Street kids getting up to no good and is viewed through their eyes. It is a true representation of childhood inasmuch as children are more grown up than they are given credit for. Some excellent performances from the child actors and one of the best cult films I have ever seen. If I can scrape the dough together I might buy it. But cannot justify a weeks rent on one dvd.
