The shape up your body dvd in this collection is HARD but...I have been doing this every other day almost and I'm really seeing a difference in my fitness and strength. Lots of leg workouts which is what I need for my mountain climbs in june. If you want to get in shape this is definitely the workout dvd needed!! AMAZING! I've lost weight and toned quick, I love it, I'm addicted!!
Despite being made in the 80s this fitness DVD still packs a punch and remains an excellent fitness DVD. After a 45 minute workout I really felt I'd pushed myself hard and quickly felt an increase in my levels of fitness and strength. Only area for improvement better stretching to reduce muscle aches and stiffness post workout
