Beyond The Spotlight, Beyond the Pain, Beyond The Mat is a hard-hitting, no holds barred expose of professional wrestling that the WWF's Vince McMahon tried to ban. Be prepared to be shocked; be prepared to be sickened; be prepared to see things you have never seen in Wrestling before.

There's no script for what happens outside the ring, and there's no script for what happens in Beyond The Mat. Barry Blaustein and Imagine take a look at the men and women, who fight in WWF, WCW, and ECW. Watch Mick Foley, Jake The Snake et al get bloody, get hurt and bare all in this fantastic movie.

An interesting insight into the world of proffesional wrestling. See Vince Mcmahon search for 'puke' AKA Darren Drozdov.

To all those people who say 'IT'S NOT REAL' i say watch this dvd and you will eat your words. The dvd gives an insight into the wrestling buisness from the con men to the top men in the buisness. As stated on the cover this is the dvd vince mcmahon didnt want us to see. This is because it shows wrestlers getting on backstage and even talking to each other about what they are going to do during matches. The dvd gets very sad when it shows Jake ,The Snake' Roberts talking about his life and even shows his reunion between the former wrestler and his daughter. The thing that seems to jump out of the screen to me is what a generally nice guy mick foley is. For a man who is one of the toughest hardcore wrestlers in the history of the buisness, he comes across as a big softie. JUST BUY THIS DVD, YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED.

For once here is a DVD that brings you all access into the wrestling. Its also interesting that this film also features a young Paul Heyman and his orginal ECW. Has emotional moments of Jake Roberts and a glimpse of what makes him tick. Also has moments of Vince and his genius at work. This DVD is a must for any wrestling fan or even anyone curious about the wrestling industry.
This is worth the view and a bargin for the price
