A rare switch of roles for Jackie Chan, for in this early outing he plays a villain as chief protector for one of the criminal masterminds of Hong Kong. Jackie is soon on a collision course with a policewoman intent on destroying the syndicate and cleaning up the streets at the same time...
Stunts and action a plenty in this rare look at Jackie Chan on the other side of the badge.

I own or have owned almost almost all Jackie Chan movies. He is amazing on screen and worthy of his hard-erned worldwide acclaim.
That's why you must avoid the utter tripe that this film is. It's been re-named and repackaged with nice up-to-date pictures etc to entice you into parting with your money.
Muggins here fell for it and I can honestly say that it was one of the worst films I have ever seen. I lasted an hour of torturous viewing before eventually giving up and turning it off.
Jackie hardly appears in the film at all. He is a hired henchman for the bad guy. His fight scenes are unremarkable and the quality of the footage is terrible. They repackaged the box but have not improved the ancient 1976ish footage. Sounds and vision are terrible alike and you'll feel robbed if you buy it. Story is dreadful too and very erratic.
Avoid like the plague! Buy Drunken Master, Police Story, Project A or any other excellent Jackie Chan film instead!
