The best medial drama I've ever seen. So realistic it is almost a documentary

Kudos to BBC for producing a tv show that makes "ER" look like a Disney cartoon... "Bodies" is the disturbing, gruesome and often graphic depiction of the lives and deaths of staff and patients in the Obstetrics & Gynaecology wards of a big English hospital. So realistic a depiction that paradoxically it turns out to be refreshing: at last a tv show tells it like it is, which is scary and troublesome but also makes you think "I knew it all along: this is what really happens in places like this!". Excellent casting, very good script, very good acting and amazing special effects make this DVD a must-see.

Definately the best TV drama I have ever seen. Superb acting, script and cinematography. The episodes simply got better and better. Could not believe it when BBC said they were not planning anymore, but here's hoping..............

this is the best medical drama we have ever seen. It is frighteningly realistic and so addictive it is almost impossible not to watch the complete collection all at once.

This has to go down as one of the most neglected drama's of recent history. By far the best thing to ever grace BBC 3's screens - BODIES - demonstrates the sheer hell of working within the NHS. People snipe and back bite and destroy and cover up... But there is also humour, love, affairs of the heart and people who truly care. Wonderfully acted and fabulously written by Jed Mercurio buy this DVD boxset and get very, very angry...
