This DVD takes you from the level of 4th kyu (purple and white belt) right the way through to Shodan (black belt) level.

All aspects are covered in detail including: all the basics required for these levels; from punching; open hand striking; kick and blocking techniques; as well as, the combinations required for each grade. Also included throughout are juute kumite (free fighting) techniques and combinations in attack and defence to assist all levels of brown belts and advanced grades.
