I have to admit it, I am a guy who likes chick flicks and this is one of the best.
Tonu Collette is the straight laced sister, Diaz the opposite and Shirley Williams the long lost grandmother and all give good performances.
The film deals with all the emotions of sisterly love and hate and the loss of a mother with mental health problems. Left me with a bit of grit in my eye (no, it is grit, honestly dear!).
Watch it, you wont be disappointed.
Pile of pants!

This film is terrible! I like pretty much all the actors in it, it's just the way it's written, the way they act, everything about this film is upsetting. I saw this film at the cinema the day before my birthday and it almost ruined my birthday, if you do buy this film, don't be surprised if you don't like it.
In her shoes.

I got this for christmas, i had never heard of it before let alone even seen it. But it turned out to be a really good film, with as well as great set of cast including toni collete from muriels wedding and Cameron Diaz from the holiday. Would recommend for anyone, very enjoyable and funny.
A Truly Great Film

In Her Shoes is a great film with some amazing acting from Cameron Diaz and Toni Collette. Okay, some parts are a bit chich-flicky, but overall it's a good movie. A great dramedy with a brilliant storyline.
angsty chic flic without the laughs.

As a guy, I watched this with suprise, as I thought it was going to be a slushy romantic film, but it is an emotional drama about two sisters dealing with growing pains and each other. Toni Collete is the star for me here, but Cameron Diaz suprised me with a much different side of her acting abilities! It's a suprisingly great movie!!
