Never has a film managed to include so many different genre's within 122 minutes and managed to amaze me with every single one.
Top notch acting, Superb script and some of the most memorable scenes in cinematic history, American Beauty is simply Remarkable.

Nearly 10 years on and the film is still a good watch, and the Kevin Spacey angle is fantastic with some stunning dialogues. Everyone Acted well, But the overall movie did not deserve the Best Picture Oscar, or Best Director Oscar, nominations would have been enough.

This is a weird film and it does take a while to fully understand the concept of it all. But, a brilliant film; it's full of emotion and shows you where and what true beauty is. It's also funny, with outstanding performances from all. Definitely recommended; it's a masterpiece.
