All Time Fan Favourite!
One of Jackie Chan highest grossing international hits to date ( proving to be a massive hit on rental when it was release by Imperial Entertainment ).
'Armour Of God' is an explosive, heart pounding action extravaganza, mixing martial arts with spectacular gunplay, precision driving stunts and amazing stuntwork.
Starring as "The Asian Hawk", a bounty hunter and martial arts expert, with an insatiable taste for adventure, Jackie is blackmailed by an mysterious cult leader, into acquiring 'the armour of god', a mystical artifact from the dark ages, which holds the key to unlimited power.
This is the film which nearly cost Jackie Chan his life and the infamous footage is included in the end credits at his own insistence.

This has to be Jackie's master piece. This has all the action, stunts and homour that is trademark Jackie Chan. He did almost die from a mis-timed stunt, and thank god he is hard enough to come back and carry on going. This is an amazing film, remenicent of Indana Jones in certain parts - but with better action! A must for any Jackie Chan or Martial Art fan
One of Jackie's finest

Chan nearly died making this movie but he got there in the end and the result is a magnificent 80's Hong Kong adventure. The end fight sequence is amazing as is the opening sequence of the movie. Alan Tam and Lola Forner (Meals on Wheels) both play good supporting roles to Chan's Asian Hawk character. One thing though - watch it Chinese with the subtitles as somehow HK Legends have managed to re-dub the English language version released by Imperial with horrific results. I suppose that if you haven't seen the Imperial English language release then you won't feel cheated. The re-dubbing is a minor niggle however and it doesn't dent the overall quality of this product.
