I didn't know much about this when I bought it, but always loved the disney pixar films and this is just as brilliant. Sad at the beginning, but hilarious till the end, I was hooked all the way through.

This really is a 'must watch' DVD !!

wonderful mixture of emotions from start to finish...great animation and a film suitable for all ages. Our 4 year old grand-daughter was transfixed, as were we!! One of the best adventures with a touching story and wonderful characters and voice-overs. Well worth 5 stars.

  Lovely family film...

One of Pixar's finest. Although it starts with a sad story, the whole adventure and humour are great. The characters are brilliant especially Doug! A wonderful soundtrack by Michael Giacchino. My 6yr old son and I love it and watch it on a regular basis. A definite must for the whole family.

  Misleading, but good

I'm feeling somewhat mislead.. The trailers all portrayed this as a funny light hearted movie, however the humor was a bit sparse and overshadowed by the sad story.. Don't buy this unless you actually WANT to get sad

I love this film. It is a heart warming film, the beginning made me cry I admit because of the story but the whole adventure is brillant. Definately worth watching :D

This film must be the biggest mid-life-crisis inducing film ever! The story is actually fantastic, the characters real and graphics amazing, but what is incredible is the way it can tear at the adults hearts with the subtle life tragedies but they are done in such a way that go straight over the children's heads - thank goodness! I never cried so much at a cartoon before in my life, in fact I turned to my friend in the cinema, both of us with teary faces, and I said "UP?!" this should be called "DOWN"!! I made it to the end though and it is brilliant, but I honestly don't think I could watch it again. The kids loved every minute and it was the second time my son had seen it (9 years old) and he begged to see it that second time, so as tragic as it is, it's brilliant. I wouldn't call it "feel good" though, more "feel wrung out"!

  It's actually great!

It's such a classic, and at first I almost shrugged it off as being just another kids Pixar movie, but I laughed a lot. I thought it would be boring because it doesn't have the usual pretty characters, but the ones in Up are really cool. It's a very good all round movie.

  A Family Masterpiece!

I have to say I was apprehensive about this film from the start, I dont know why but something about me just didnt want to watch it. But my girlfriend talked to me into it one night, so I just had to.

And I must say, I dont know what I was holding back on.

This is one of the best films I have seen all year, brilliantly put together with a great storyline fantastic animation and just general humour the whole way through.

It had me in fits of laughter. My Girlfriend in tears at several points. And when the film looks like its about to end there is that little bit more to give you that all needed extra. Thoroughly enjoyable 5/5 Recommend for all the Family!
