Sarah is an autistic little girl who's father is worried about her health. Concerned for her, the father sees a removal from the hospital by force as the only option. An elevator break-down prevents a smooth exit and renders them trapped with others. Yet the incident is only the beginning of a descent into nightmare. As the doors open the hospital appears mysteriously deserted.

When mutilated bodies are found, creatures from a dark world start a frightening attack. It soon becomes clear that the survival of the group may rest solely on the little girl.

A brilliantly creative, beautifully thought out horror movie. You genuinely feel for the humans at times and it proves just how evil everyone's favourite metal monsters are. It's low rated because most don't understand it. But it deserves all the praise it gets. A brilliant movie.

Would you love a monster man?

This film is amazing, simple as that i heard about it ages ago and forgot about it till early this week. I think this film was fantastic everybody is belivable espically the little girl......half way through the film you think what the hell is going on by the end of it you finally realise why stuff is happening. I watched it with my girlfriend, i'm a huge Lordi fan she isn't and yet she loved it as much as me
