This has 2 be one of the best films of the past 5 yrs.It has a magnificent stroy line and the actors are brilliant,a must see.Worth buying.
I thought the movie was good but was expecting it to be better, and it could have been better. Performances were good, especially Joaquin Phoenix. But the movie could have been more dramatic. It's seemed to be more to do with Johnny Cash's pursuit of June Carter rather than the music or the man, i would have preferred it be more about Johnny. But on the upside i have been introduced to The Man in Black and have been listening to his song "HURT" since watchin the movie
never heard of Johnny Cash before this film and i really didnt fancy watching it but i'm glad i did and i actually like his music now! haha
top film and you gotta give this film a watch whether you like him or not
I absolutely love this film, and would definately recommend it. I think that Reese Witherspoon is an amazing actress anyway, and she steps up to the mark in this film along with Joaquin Phoenix.
I didn't think I would like it much at first, having heard Johnny Cash songs and not really been interested, and then was put off by the accents, but once I got into it I thought it was amazing.
Truly spectacular, very accurate, Joaquin Phoenix & Reese Witherspoon do a wonderful job portraying Johnny + June and probably had lots of fun doing so! Very fun, but also serious and could make you cry at points. This was the first and only film that my grandparents went to the cinema to see, so it must be good!
