Fine, Totally Fine is a story which focusses on two character, it seems that they're supposed to be of the same age group but it's never made clear. The leading male is a child like 30year old who adores horror and even dreams of opening his own haunted house. The scenes with him in are by far the best in the movie, he brings the comedy to the scene with some generally funny moments. The leading female is a gentle character, she's a clumsy worker who has a strong love and talent for painting. She's not so entertaining onscreen, she's quite likeable but you couldn't say more than that.
It's a very hard movie to get into, early into the movie is cuts between scenes with the leading male and the leading female, the scenes are so opposite you find it hard to understand whats really going on. Just as you start to get into one of the stories it cuts to the other and as a result you're left feeling a little frustrated and ultimately, detached from the film.
Overall: Fine, Totally Fine is a disappointment, it has one of the best trailers I've ever seen. After the first time I watched the trailer I immediately said out loud "I must see it!". But unfortunately they used all the best bits in the trailer, literally, ALL the best bits meaning there's not much else in the movie.
It's not a bad movie but it's nothing special either, you'll get a few laughs from it but you won't bust a gut.
