on first view you may think: huh? but than again: watch closer and you'll see a very intelligent 'sitcom-soap-comedy': edgy, funny, good typewriting, amusing, hilarious. and about the facts of life, only a little bit exaggerated and with a certain twist of mind: great tv.
Comedy GOLD!!!

If you are lucky enough not to have seen/heard of this before, then boy are you in for a treat.
This is absolute comedy gold that has everything that a classic should have, this is where the idea from Shaun of the Dead came from as one of the episodes has a brief zombie scene, but this is the same comedy as Shaun. If you do buy this then prepare to buy the second series straight away, cus trust me, you will.
absolutely great!

I learned to appreciate Simon Pegg's talent watching films like "Shaun of the Dead" & "Hot Fuzz": if you liked these two, you'll go crazy for "Spaced"! It's an extremely funny and yet very clever sit-com: the only downside is that they filmed too few episodes. It's totally addictive: buy "Spaced": you will not be disappointed!
Quality comedy!!

A great sitcom from the makers of Shaun of THe Dead and Hot Fuzz. The series blends jokes and emotion well and as you would expect from this gang the movie references go through the roof. At only seven episodes thec series seems a bit short in length but in all fairness the overall quality factor is much higher than 99% of what you might find on T.V. Very reasonably priced and to see where the now superstars that are Simon Pegg, Nick Frost and director Edgar Wright started it's worth a purchase and I would encourage a blind buy
