Wasn't as good as the 1st show but still good. If you like their music you'll love this. I'd say it was more of a chance to kick off their band rather than an actual story line.
to be honest have to agree with djdazzy
first live was amazing had a good story
when i saw this live one all it seemed to be was singing and it just got so tiring
cant really say it was terrible but definately not amazing
I saw this live in Plymouth and I was a bit disappointed. It felt like the whole thing was thrown together with songs dumped on the end of the performance. It was almost torturous to watch and couldn't wait for it to finish. The second half was better as it had a bit of a plot. Everything that I thought was genuine funny mistakes to the live performance I saw turned out to be a set up for example Bollo falling over and Nabu laughing at the first line. What happened to these guys?
I went to see this...... I bought the tickets before seeing Series 3. As much as I love the first two series and first live dvd, this show really disappointed me. Painfully unfunny, they seemed to think the audience were interested in the cringy 'Boosh band', but it really ate up the performance time and slowed the show down. After the first amazing live show, this was weak in comparison. The show seemed to power through every character they could change into rather than a weird and fantastical story line as they usually do. I pray to God series four returns back to the zoo, and please for gods sake don't make a Boosh movie! The plus side is the Honey Monster retaliation, and Rich Fulcher delivers the goods!
