This is definately the best one out of the 3, mainly because the story is completely different unlike the other 2 which are like one big 5 hour film. The story is clearly thought out, the whole film is flawless, there's nothing to knock it at all. If I could give it more than 5 stars then I would!

This film is brilliant, it has a great plot and is very well acted out. A film you must see.

FAB!! Loved this movie thought it was amazing. Lots of sword battles. My best bits are the fight between Jack and Will in Wills workplace, and the battle between Jack and Barbosa near the end. Jack Sparrow is a Classic character and its a Classic film!!

This 1 is my favourite out of the 3, loved it found it a great story (easyer to follow than the other 2) and really funny. Jonny Depp played Captin Jack Sparrow too a T. Was really dissapointed with the other 2 as they were no were near as good, watchable but boring compaired to the curse of the black pearl.

An incresdibly succesful blockbuster for Disney "curse of the Black Pearl" is a tremendously entertaining film for adults and children alike. Pirate films are not made very often and it will be a long time before one will ever come close to suppressing this one. this is a great stand alone film or watched as part of the trio.

This is a great film, is just a shame it was ruined by the not so great sequels

This is I would say one of the best films of all 3!! I admit that when I first heard about it i was like 'dont know if i would like it'. but after watching it i changed my mind and loved it, so much so i had to watch it over again. I've lost count after 10!! The special effects are brilliant, and the best character is Captain jack sparrow (played by johnny depp). I would recommend this film to anyone. Disney have done a great job. This film isnt just for children!! ( I should know!!)

This film was the best out of the three. Johnny Depps character (Jack Sparrow) makes the whole film and is worrying to think what the film would be like without this mad pirate. Everyone will love Jack Sparrow. Again Miss Knightly is stunning. A good family film for everyone.

This is one of the best films of recent years, fun, fast and exciting it has anything you could ever want from a Disney movie and more.
The acting is first class, of course it's Johnny Depps, Capt. Jack Sparrow that gets all the credit, But for me it Geoffery Rush's Capt Barbossa that should get top billing, for is dark, shilling yet amusing baddie.
The plot is first rate, well thought out and will grip most if not all.
The special effects are mesmurising, the attention to detail astonishing and they help to make Pirates one of the best films from the early 21st century!!
