Pierce Brosnan leaps into action as Agent 007 in this spectacular thrill ride of death-defying stunts, unstoppable action and amazing high-tech gadgets in the most electrifying Bond film yet.

Someone is pitting the world's superpowers against each other - and only James Bond can stop it. When a British warship is mysteriously destroyed in Chinese waters, the world teeters on the brink of World War III - until 007 zeros in on the true criminal mastermind. Bond's do-or-die mission takes him to Elliot Carver (Jonathan Pryce), a powerful industrialist who manipulates world events as easily as he changes headlines from his global media empire. After soliciting help from Carver's sexy wife, Paris (Teri Hatcher), Bond joins forces with a stunning yet lethal Chinese agent, Wai Lin. In a series of explosive chases, brutal confrontations and breathtaking escapes they race to stop the presses on Carver's next planned news story: global pandemonium! With powerhouse action sequences including a wild motorcycle pursuit through (and over!) Saigon, Tomorrow Never Dies sees Bond back to his best in this high-octane action adventure.

Non stop edge of the seat action exciterment movie. In my opinion this is one of the best James Bond movie and I'm glad that Pierce Brosnan made this movie as I think he was second best 007 agent after Sean Connery. An unstoppable action and amazing movie, a must have in your collection.

Lots of great action in tight Bond film...

While never quite as good as "Goldeneye", this follow-up moves with a pace and furious energy rarely matched by any of its predecessors. It also manages the considerable accomplishment for a Bond film of coming in just under two hours.

Jonathan Pryce is an average villain but Michelle Yeoh makes for a formidable Bond girl. The action scenes are excellently staged but start to seem a little mechanical towards the end.

 A MAN OF ACTION !

Brosnan returns in a leaner Bond movie, thats light on plot, but excells in the action department.
A deranged media mogul is staging international incidents to pit the world's super powers against each other.
Bond must take on this mad-man in an adrenaline -charged battle to end his reign of terror, and prevent global pandemonium.
The action in the film is superb, and there is alot of it. But the problem with a Bond movie is, if the bad guy is no good the film does suffer, and the Bad guy in ths played by Jonathan Pryce is not very good. He just taps away at a key board making headlines for his paper. But Brosnan is ever excellent and Judi Dench as "M" brings things down to earth. With a better bad guy this film would have been a classic Bond. But as it stands, it's a very good action film.

 Efficient 007 movie

One of the better Brosnan Bonds, his 2nd outing hits the ground running and keeps up its relentless pace throughout. Spottiswoode expertly brings more vim and vigour to the franchise and there's no sign of the alleged backstage fighting. Brosnan slips effortlessly back into the role of 007, teaming up with a hard asskicking Chinese agent (Yeoh) in battling a media mogul who is stage managing a world war in order to get exclusive broadcast rights. If anything, Pryce's fey mogul is the film's weakest link but it doesn't affect the film's breathless speed too much.

The film suffers from an unimpressive villain and henchman but makes up for it with the superb BMW chase and Michelle Yeoh. Cuts to violence are restored in this pressing
