It took two previouse movies for Moore to get it right. After the poor reception of The Man With The Golden Gun. The next Bond movie had to be something special. from the fantastic jaw dropping opening stunt, you know this will be very enjoyable. Also making his first apperance is the metal mouthed super villan Jaws. The over all sense of fun is addictive but never becomes self mocking. Curt Jurgens makes a good Bad guy, and Barbara Bach is simply beautiful. The only reason I did not give the film 5 stars is that this is the same movie as You Only Live Twice. With the Volcano replaced by a under sea complex. apart from that the film is better than the Connery version and feels fresher. A excellent Bond.
