Top 100 DVD Reviewer

This is Steven Seagals slickest movie when he's not in 'UNDER SIEGE'mode. This movie is full of boys fun, with excellent car chases, shoot em ups and what we favour from our hero the most hand to hand combat of the highest degree.Made way back when action films were at there peak this excites in movies that echo the likes of sly and arnie films of it's time.

marked for death is one of seagals best films and shows of some of his martial arts skills including akido.it has a very good screenplay and director dwight little knows how to film action scenes and brings out the best in steven.i think basil wallace was made for the role of screwface and pulls it off.the best highlights for me are the car chase scene which ends up with steven making mince meat out of screwfaces guys.the only problem with the uk dvd is it is cut.the scenes of breaking arms.leg break and neck break are all missing or trimmed.but apart from that one of stevens best

Great fun, one of Seagal's best oldies

This is 'marked' out as one of his best by an enormously fun plot and very committed performances. Seagal plays it straight as a retired DEA agent who is pushed into fighting back against a stunningly vicious Jamaican drug lord and his gang. The fight scenes are lethal, fast and furious and feel genuinely dangerous and well choreographed, the locations are fun, and Basil Wallace is great as the demented screwface. There's also a nasty voodoo edge to the screenplay that gives it more clout. Some fantastic battles and fights, and it's about the best Seagal film between Nico and Under Seige.

 one of seagals best

this film is awesome, one of the seagals top 5 in my opinion. The only thing i noticed from comparing this dvd with the original vhs were two small edits, one where you see seagal break a badguys arm backwards at the elbow in the shopping center. Also a close up of seagal pushing his thumbs into screw faces eyes. the scenes are still in the film but not as graphic as the original release. still awesome though :)

I would class this film as steven seagals best.Great action as he takes down a crew of jamaican drug lords.
