Marilyn Chambers stars as Rose, a motorcycle accident victim. Through daring, experimental surgical techniques, Rose's life is saved. But something has gone wrong. Rose develops a ravenous appetite: for blood. One by one, her victims are driven into a frenzied rage, attacking and contaminating others. Soon, the city is on the verge of panic.
