This is one of those stupid films that everyone seems to love and I am certainly one of them. If you are thinking of buying this film then you know what to expect. There are scenes throughout that made me laugh out loud.
Whatever this movie lacks in intelligence is compensated by the talent of its two stars:Seann William Scott is as entertaining as in American Pie and Road Trip and as for Ashton Kutcher...Well, That 70's Show aside, he's never really managed to be this funny again.
The only negative reviews of this film you will read will be from people who were expecting a different kind of film, if you know what type of film this is you won't be dissappointed.
Dude, buy this movie

Top 100 DVD Reviewer
This is one of my most favourite films; two stupid guys; one stupid random story line and then.... and then.... Most girls hate the stupidity of the film whilst most guys will be using the lines down the pub with their mates. Ashton and Sean most definitely should be proud of the is one, destined to be a true cult classic!

OK, there's one thing that's gotten old fast - After American Pie and it's huge success greedy movie executives rubbed 2 cents together and realised that all they needed to sell a good teen comedy is loads of swearing, jokes about bowel movements and boobs boobs boobs!!! And the first couple were OK, Road Trip had it's moments, American Pie 2 was cool but now, 9 years later we get so many retarded stupid pointless gross out comedies with no other point than to milk money out of 15 year olds who laugh at farting like we used to when we were their age.
Dude, Where's My Car? came out shortly after the first Pie and did 3 things, furthered the career of Stifler a little more, took Ashotn Kutcher out of the 1970s and proved that stoner idiot comedy (when done right) is awesome beyond awesome! I mean the title of the film says it all, the simple premise of 2 absent minded stoners looking for their car so they can get their girlfriends gifts out the back sends us into an insane adventure that involves german strong men, a group of disturbingly creepy geeks and "hot chicks with large breasts" as they all try and hunt down a device that the 2 were given the night before. Along the way we see just how frightningly stupid our hapless heroes are but at least they're trying!
This DVD has a great commentary track with the director and 2 stars and although they spend most their time laughing at whats happening they do entertain some. There are deleted scenes and other lovelies on this DVD so c'mon dude its sweeet and will make you laugh!!

This is one of the best films that i have ever watched. Never stopped laughing throughout the whole film. The scene where they are ordering chinese food is just the best. Recommed this film for some light hearted fun.
Guilty

I feel guilty for enjoying this film. One night I was watching tv - channel hopping - and luckily I missed the credits for this film (they're awful) and saw most of the first scene. It was so surreal I kept going. As the improbability of the events ramped up I was sure that it would eventually 'jump the shark' and I would lose interest.
I never did!
Played out, as it is, in short sketches they're is something here I feel to satisfy anyone - although my wife recommends watching it whilst having a drink. It's funnier if you just let yourself go!
One or two sections are pap - but that is where the sketch based system really works. if there is a bad joke just wait a minute - a better one will be along soon!
Heartily recommended.
