Mixing the best of US and UK comedy talent, FAQ About Time Travel stars "Scary Movie's" Anna Faris, "The IT Crowd's" Chris O'Dowd and "Shameless'" Dean Lennox Kelly. When three mates find they can time travel from their local, it's not long before the world is in peril and needs some heroes.

Shaun Of The Dead meets Back To The Future in BBC director Gareth Carrivick's The Smoking Room) debut feature, FAQ About Time Travel.

Ray (Chris O'Dowd, The IT Crowd), Toby (Marc Wootton, High Spirits With Shirley Ghostman) and Pete (Dean Lennox Kelly, Shameless) are ordinary, if slightly nerdy, mates. The first is obsessed with time travel, the second loves films and the third is a confirmed cynic. They're all stuck in dead-end jobs and life is pretty uneventful until one day down the local pub Ray is approached by Cassie (Anna Faris, the Scary Movie films), a woman who claims to be from the future. All rather hard to believe until Pete, the cynic, nips to the gents' and stumbles through a time leak into the future. If things were looking bleak before they're even worse now since Pete discovers a future full of dead people - including himself. And so begins a series of unintentional trips back and forth through time as the boys attempt to discover who is trying to kill them, and why.

This is indeed a rare British treat, very funny film and very underrated once again. If you like some good LOL gags and silly comedy then you will probably enjoy it. Also of course you get to look at the brilliant and sexy Anna faris who is crazy as always.

 Worth watching again & again.

Charming, witty, subtle & understated. Absurd, sarcastic & dark humour excellently realized with impeccable attention to detail.

 Very, very good.

I watched this on TV last night as I clicked through the channels whilst contemplating going to bed. This is an excellent film that is engaging, funny and interesting. Well worth the asking price, buy it!

 Little gem

This film ended twenty minutes ago. Ten minutes ago I came on here and ordered it, I liked it that much. It's a good story with engaging and likeable characters, who play off each other very well, and the small budget and limited sets are an asset to the film, forcing the writer(s) to rely on the story and the dialogue, which is, of course, how a good film should be.

 Amazing

Watched this last night on TV. Everything in the film fits together like clockwork, and it keeps you wondering 'what's going to happen next'. It was so good I've came straight on here the day after watching it to purchase it so I can watch it again in the future... I highly recommend this to anyone. My only gripe with this film is that when it finished I was left wanting more... make of that what you wish.
