I had never tried yoga before, but i was amazed on how relaxed this made me feel. I am usually a person who gets stressed quite easily, so this was a great way to just lay down and relax for once. Geri natters along all the way through the work out and she is so down to earth it's like being with one of your mates. It is a very long dvd so i suggest you pick out the workouts that are right for you. The advanced ones were a bit too much like a game of twister for me, but i certainly gave myself a laugh having a go.
I found it impossible to relax at all with Geri wittering on, if you find geri even slightly irritating then this one is not for you!
i LOVE this DVD.....my only criticism is Geri talking thru it. the instructor is very good and clear and there are diff levels u can follow.
i used to do pilates at my gym once a week for 2 yrs and didnt think i would get into yoga until lots of friends recommended it. this isnt one to do to get you motivated tho, i did this sat morning and was a dopey mess all day!
the saluation to the sun tech, a known yoga series of movements, is well explained in this and i like to do this every night before bed. the pattern of movemetns for this is on the DVD inner sleeve which is good.
this is quite long, 90 mins, but totally chills u out as long as u can cope with geri and her constant Q asking!
