I'd echo what the other reviewers have said ,its the best Christmas film without doubt. The atmosphere created is simply fantastic as we witness
Alastair Sim excel as Scrooge. He is what makes the film, a genius at work.
The film is sad, funny and ultimately inspiring leaving you with a feel good factor to carry you through your own Christmas ordeals. In conclucsion don't hesitate to buy it , I watch it every Christmas Eve and it never dissapoints.

This is the best Christmas film ever! Its the true meaning of Christmas. I bought this on video while I was in London a few years ago, maybe a few more - it was celebtrating 25 years! Only problem is, is that it is on video and the black and white version - only the best way to watch it, colour just does not do it. Providing the DVD is black and white, I will definiately buy it. I watch it every year too, laugh and cry too!
You mean you DON'T own this?!

I echo fully all the sentiments made by the other reviewer. This film is out of this world, and it really is a must buy.
It gets watched every Chrsitmas morning as we open our presents, and we've done it every year for as long as I can remember. It just wouldn't be Christmas without it! Now I have moved out and bought my own home, my girlfriend and I will continue this fine family tradition!
Get it bought!
Oh, and Merry Christmas! God Bless Us, Everyone!
