Freeview-ready digital TV tuner
Built-in Freeview is the easiest way to enjoy digital for free. There are to up to 50 digital TV channels and 24 radio stations. No subscription, no contract, no fuss

Digital Approved Product
Allows a TV to receive free-to-view digital broadcasts through its standard aerial with no need for an additional digital decoder box. Designed to work through the digital switchover.

Active Vision
Active Vision LCD is our high performance picture processing system. Active Vision LCD has been designed to produce high quality, high definition images by enhancing core elements of a television picture including detail, colour, movement and contrast.

Dynamic Contrast
Automatically adjusts brightness required by the signal. This system allows fine detail to be reproduced, without compromising the rendering of colourful, high-bright scenes, by dimming the backlight. Conversely, for bright scenes the backlight can be brightened to give images a new intensity.

2 x HDMI
Multiple HDMI connectivity makes it easy to connect to Blu-ray players, HD games consoles and other devices simultaneously without having to manually switch cables.

This t.v is absolute class for ps3 plus dvds i havent tryed it on freeview yet as i do not have an ariel on the outside of the house but everything is good so far hd is perfect screen size is perfect not too big not too small recommended best price !

Bought this TV (not from Play) for slightly more at the time, but still under £400, a few months back.

If you don't want a huge HDTV, or you're looking for a bedroom HDTV, with good contrast and overall picture quality, then this set is ideal. For the price, it's much better than similar products. The contrast is good and the backlight adjusts depending on content, which helps darker colours appear darker etc.

Plenty of ports on the back. Standard definition TV is very good, although sports seem to suffer a lot (to be expected somewhat). Although, this can be dependent on freeview signal. Obvisouly having HD content (such as Sky HD or Virgin) will solve this.

HD picture is brilliant. I use my PS3 to play blu-ray movies, and they are stunning. Unless you sit ridiculously close, then you won't tell the difference between 720p and 1080p.

The actual TV could look a bit nicer, but it's hardly an eyesore. Overall, brilliant picture quality for a great price. Highly recommended.

Im looking around play.com and if u want a big hd telly with freeview then this is the one to buy - great value for money !
