Struggled at the starting to power it on. Just left connected to my laptop for sometime for it to charge. And tried reset. Started working. Very simple to use, and all the features are gud. Worth.

Customer rating: 1 out of 5 stars  Did not work

Bought this little gem. or so I thought, plugged it in to down load some photos and it did not respond, not worth sending back so chalked it up to experience.

Customer rating: 2 out of 5 stars  Frustrating but eventually successful

Bought 6 of these when they were selling for 3 pounds.

They must have been in a warehouse for a long time, as at first they would not work unless plugged into USB for power. Resorted to using our phone's USB wall-wart to charge them - but one never worked on its battery, and one refused to power-up even when connected to USB, until it had been reset.

So one of the 6 has had to go back to be exchanged for a new one. However at first it seemed that they were all duds (battery shows as fully charged, but doesn't work without USB power).

The mode of operation is not bad, when 'connect USB' is selected in the device menu the gadget appears as a USB CD-ROM drive from which one can run a program that transfers photos to the device.

At the price we paid (3 pounds) they're good as a quick gift as long as one takes the time to charge them up beforehand. Wouldn't spend 8 pounds on one of these, though.

Customer rating: 4 out of 5 stars  good for price

this is a great little digital picture keygen excellent picture quality however depends on original picture can only be as good as original picture vibrant pictures though. easy to use and has the drag and drop ability (drag from source and drop into photo program) . downside cheap feeling plastic and an seem to figure out how to turn it on and off otherwise brilliant little device would recommend to friends

Good software... until it tried to upload photos to the keyring upon which it crashed. Now the keyring wont turn on and the PC doesn't recognise it. And the keyring doesn't respond to reset. Junk.

Customer rating: 1 out of 5 stars  LOAD OF RUBBISH - Cheap TAT!

Bought this as a stocking filler. Plugged it in, software was pretty easy to use, spent 40 minutes sorting pictures to put on using the software, then tried to upload them and it froze at 90%.
Waited, and nothing happened.
Unplugged from the usb, and re-attatched . Nothing again.
In the end i put a pin on the re-set button on the back of the unit. I now have a 5 pound key ring that does nothing. Total waste of money and time.
Rubbish.

Customer rating: 5 out of 5 stars  Great value little novelty.

Was easy to upload a few family pics and the battery seems to last a long time before recharging through the USB.
I have read some of the negative reviews software issues and must say my experience was the opposite.
I use it for my house keys and it has taken some punishment over the last six month. I am now buying a second one as a present.

On the downside the chain is not tremendously strong and took a toddler to open a link - easily fixed though.

very cheap and plastic looking, and broke within 5 minutes of taking it out the box, it simply never turned on unless attached via the USB cable, which leaves it pretty useless! If i could, i would give this product 0 stars.

On the plus side, the only reason this actually got a star, the technology is simple enough to use, and downloading your photos onto the device is very simple.

Customer rating: 1 out of 5 stars  Would give 0 if it was allowed

This is a ridiculous product, brought two as Christmas presents. Neither work. First off the laptop recognises them as CD instead of USB's, so when I realised you can't copy and paste onto a CD I decided to burn them on, to which I was told I had to format it first, but formatting is impossible! Waste of 10 pounds, I would've been more grateful to buy a pile of rubbish. Normally I defend Play.com to the death but this is such a ridiculous product, even if it is 5 pounds each, I'd expect SOMETHING to happen, but nope, just a pile of useless plastic. Don't buy it folks.
