 NOT WORTH THE PRICE

Bought these a couple months ago, they look ok and feel to the hand, but once you put them on you can really see where the name "Skullcrushers" comes from. These press quite hard against your ears and head which in a way is good so they wont fall off, but on the other hand, I end up taking them off myself for a while after about 15 minutes. Not very comfy
Also what i am unable to find anywhere in the description is that these are powered by an AA battery which means if you are planning on taking these on the road, you will need to take many spare batteries with you if you want any bottom end.
When i plugged these in and started playing music, i was not impressed. Yes, they are quite clear, but the bass is just completely rubbish. Using the variable bass control, all you get is not enough bass and once it gets to a certain point the bass is not a smooth subby sound, these headphones do not do sub bass, its just completely muddy and boomy.
If these headphones were under 10 pounds then i would recommend them for cheep spare headphones, but personally i find that the sennheiser mx6 in head headphones have better clarity and though not huge, the bass responce is much nicer than the Skullcrushers, and the sennheiser mx6's are only 5 pounds and 75p so i would really recommend them.
But unless you like splashing money away on junk, do not buy the skullcrushers.

 Awesome

For that price, these are some excellent headphones! They almost completely block out outside noise, as well as the fact that others can't hear what you're listening to. They have a really good sound, and you can regulate the level of bass yourself, depending on the song or out from your wants. I really don't think you can do much better unless you want to double the price.
