 Shocking

Whilst the product itself was good and I cant complain as to the external noise cancelling, or the good sound quality of the speakers, I found myself surprised to receive several nasty shocks to my ears.

Im sure several readers will find this funny, I know my friends did! But a definite downside to the product, especially as the product was neither wet or seemingly damaged.

Thought you should know.

Regards

 Very good sound quality

I ordered these after being sold some naff fake sennheiser CX500's from a playtrade seller. The difference is unreal. These headphones are the genuine article and sound brilliant. The clarity of each instrument is superb. Decent bass, mids and highs. I've had them for a couple of weeks now and haven't experienced any build quality issues etc. For 30 quid you can't go wrong.

 fantastic detail and life

somehow, i got these earphones while the price was cheap. What an amazing difference, I can't believe I stuck with bog-standard ones for so long. Even using with poor hardware, music came alive, so much better. Highly recommended, 30 quid is about right for the level of quality. Decent bass, well balanced sound.

I think they are better than the originals, but...

First of all they are built much better the cable is a little thicker and more robust, and they haedphone is thicker and more solid, i was very pleased with that. sound wise it sounds much more open and you can hear parts of the msuic i.e. drums, symbols etc. the bass does seem a little weaker but maybe that is just me and i heard that the headphones start to sound better after a few weeks of having them, this may be a goodthing anyway as i can hear more of the music. The majority of my music is at 160 kbps atrac plus, and i ahvea sony nwa3000 which is fantastic for sound, i think maybe these headphones perform slightly better and to thier value when playing at a higher bit rate i.e. 192kbps +. overall i am very pleased with the earphones as they are more robust, sound is improved and songs sound more balanced and the bass does not over take every other sound. They are also built with efficency and are designned so that they improve battery life and do not take up as much power as the originals.
