Blackbox M10 Noise Cancelling Headphones

I bought these because they were discounted and as I only intended to use them on airplanes it didn't seem worth it the cost of the more expensive versions. These come with some very useful extras and being able to use them without the leads is a nice touch. They do not seem to be as effectgive at reducing noise as others I have tried but then you would be paying so much more for an extra 5-10% of noise reduction. For me the cost didn't justify that. These are extremly well made and have a lovely quality sound to them. They do have a slight hiss when using them without music (i.e. just to block noise) but I think they are well worth the money.

Saw these discounted at a ridiculous price and snapped them right up.

Sound quality is superb, giving you a nice well rounded warm sound to all you listen to. Mids and highs are represented clearly with the ANR on although slightly lacking with it off. Bass is punchy but not overpowering so helps to reproduce music roundly.

Comfort is assured as the soft cups, padded headband and flexibility mean all shapes of head are catered for and also comfortable to. I myself have quite a large head and these pose no problems when listening to music for extended periods of time.

The ANR noise cancelling technology is absolutely worth it, as said before it clarifies your music whilst also making you feel like you're in your own private bubble of music. Although yes there is a slight hiss if nothing is playing. Why would you be wearing headphones without music playing? The cancellation does work very well unless you focus on listening for external noise which shouldnt be the case while you're listening to your music!
