Absolutely outstanding musical quality. Had these delivered today and am very happy with my investment. Clear trebles and very nice punchy bass. Missing a little bit of warmth in the mid-range, but this one draw back is well within acceptable levels for headphones at this price. For a comparison my friend has a pair of Bose AE2 over-ear headphone, sound quality is no better even though these were over double the price.

Very good looking awarding winning headphones What Hi Fi 2011 winners. Good solid build on first use very average deep bass supresses flat mid and treble. Only after running the headphones in for at least 24 hours am I now impressed good vocals fairly wide soundstage. These are far better than Dr Dre and cheaper !
These are small portable headphones may not fit everybody so be warned.
Great headphones! Got them yesterday, after very bad experience with three pairs of sony headphones I decided to buy akg's again. they came in stylish box with hard case and two cables. They look expensive (very good built quality), very comfortable, music quality is amazingly good for such small headphones. They have deep and punchy bass. My only concern with them is that they are very small, on some people's head it may not fit, the cable is incredibly thin and will break after few months probably, they dont isolate outside noise so you have to boost the volume very high. Overall, they are the best small headphones I ever had and I will never buy sony again.
