This box was very simple to setup and it came with evrything needed including a HDMI cable. The iPlayer interface is pretty slick and easy to use. iPlayer will be streaming live F1 races from next month which is why I purchased the box.

For the Money you really cant go wrong!

Well I hot one for 30 squid but they seem to have gone up since then. Still would pay the extra Tenner. Only down sides are, no reminders can be set in the epg, and the white looks daft amongst all my black av stuff. Easy to set up so long as your router is close to your tv, no signal problems at all. Hd works fine too. I player takes a while to start up, but works better than from my ps3 so all in, pretty happy!

 A Bargain!

Thirty pounds lets you try HD and iPlayer on your TV.
Thirty pounds!
Okay, so the box isn't as sophisticated as offerings from Humax, et al....and tech support is akin to handing a cigarette to a man who's on fire....but hey. It's THIRTY QUID.
It works. It has its own way of doing things which can frustrate. It doesn't allow streaming of movies, pictures, music from your computer, it doesn't allow recording on to USB. It also doesn't make tea nor is it a toaster. I would recommend it to anyone who wishes to dip their toe in the murky waters of HD broadcasts and 'interactive TV'.

Returned due to jumpy picture on HD channels

This freeview box was easy to set up, the menu system is good but the channels are listed in a strange order making it difficult to find the ones I wanted, I couldn't find a way of altering this either. The HD picture quality was great but unfortunately it kept "jumping/jolting" making these channels unwatchable. I decided to return it for a refund.

I received this set top box today having ordered from Play. Com and this has arrived in superfast time.
It arrived at 0900hrs and was so easy to set up, it was up and running within 10 minutes which included the internet connection for the i Player.
The picture quality is far superior to my other set top box and the menu is easy to navigate. There is no annoying pauses when using the EPG. I set up my intenet connection using a set of networking plugs and the i Player works flawlessly witha great quality picture. The HDMI cable that came with this box, yes it came with the set top box i did not have to buy it seperately. All in all what can i say at 30 pounds this is a great set top box of great build quality and came with free delivery. What more can you ask for. If you need one order one, you will not be dissapointed.
