Couldn't agree more with the above review.
Many features from earlier models (itinerary planning, selection of route to avoid motorways/other options,) are missing. Worst for me is that you can't view the route properly before setting off - so only buy if you have complete confidence in tomtom's route selection. Price is great on play.com compared to high street shops but otherwise, not much to reccomend this unfortunately.
the xl 2 iq routes is a very nice unit but has a few floors if you have ever used a tt before
1. they have dropped the itinary planner
2. the have lost the simulation mode
3.you cant avoid motorways any more
so all in all if you can live with out them 3 its a good unit if not go for xxl or live models as they still run a good software.
