I got this product and was very disappointed. It only come with two craddles, yet it is supposed to support all i-pod except the shuffle. Many of the buttons on the remote don't work as one would expect. You have to get up and manually put what you want to watch/listen to and then you can only use the play/stop/pause/fast-fwd/rewind buttons. I contacted the ventor and they told me that you have to program the remote, but the instruction they provide don't say any such thing. In fact the instruction are totally incomplete. In short this is a waste of money. You are better of spending less and just getting a cable that plugs into the TV because this product does little more than a cable.
