Linx 2.4 Metre Luxury 24k Gold Plated HDMI Cable

I was umming and ahhing for ages over expensive cables and eventually decided to try this "cheap" one out and see if i liked the results enough to invest in an expensive one.

I no longer need to consider the more expensive cables as the results from this cheaper alternative are instantly noticable and absolutely jaw dropping. The ingame detail is just heightened, water effects, multiple character detail, black/white intensity. It's excellent.

Having had a PS2 up until christmas, to now have the already stunnig 360, connected with this cable, on my Panasonic Viera plasma, is just perfect.

Brilliant cable, well worth the money. Have used a more expensive one and this but found no difference (used on ps3 to a 1080p hd tv). buy one DAN!

It is easy to spend over £40 on a quality HD cable for PS3 and with this reduced to £12.99 don't bother! You spend a lot of money on your console so don't sherk on a cheap and nasty one from your high street video game shop. This is fanTastic quality at a great price. A real value buy.

The difference it makes is remarkable which really made me see how good 1080p really is; PS3 is designed to be used like this so do so!! It hought the power was in the system but HD is truly magnificent through this cable. My fingers are tightly crossed for Bourne on Blue Ray!

I bought this cable to connect my PS3 after a bad experience with a similar cheaper cable. Despite popular opinion that all HDMI cables give identical picture and audio quality no matter what the cost, this cable really does deliver.

The handshaking process with the cheaper cable took several seconds whereas with this one it is instant. Not only this but I noticed smoother picture quality and the colour banding, that was present using the cheaper cable, had all but disappeared. I hasten to add that I was testing in 1080p high definition.

From my own experience, cables like this can and DO make a difference to picture quality, if only in high definition. In addition, better quality cables don't have to be expensive... this cable is proof! BUY IT!!!

Watching a bluray dvd on my PS3 with this cable is a dream...definitely would recommend this cable to anyone...the picture is superb and what an excellent price as well!!

wasnt expecting much from this cable, being £13 and all. But when it arrived i was stunned by the build quality on it. The connectors are big and chunk, with a tight well made feel to them. They are made from very good quality materials and the brading on the wire itself is top notch. The connectors fit well and the handshaking process on my PS3 is instant, my mate with a similarly cheap cable took a good 3/4 seconds to handshake on startup. Absolute bargain.

Brought this cable to connect my new LCD television to my PS3, and the picture is amazing! I highly recommend this cable, it looks really good quality, really well made. These cables are a must!

Paying any more for a cable is pure nonsense. This is a great cable, great build quality, and fantastic performance.

i bought this cable for my for my ps3 and it gave me full 1080i picture in hi def on my 40inch samsung tv.
I could definatly spot the changes from the HD Cable because the picture quality improved along with the sound.

I just would like to point out that having a HDMI port makes a tv HD ready and so if it has the port then it is a HDTV.

On a more on topic note these cables are superb. They are in and around the same quality as a belkin Pure AV cable, but not quite at that level. Very clear, no signal loss or degredation or interferance due to them being fantasically over speced. Well worth the money.
