When shooting, each clip is set to 4 seconds long (the average length of a clip on television), so you only record short interesting clips of footage. You can also capture 4 second snapshot clips when playing back existing footage. Either way these clips can be combined together in a playlist and played back instantly without the need for further editing.

This is an excellent camcorde.Definitely not the one if you are jus looking for a point and shoot.I wanted it for my family use but wanted tht extra bit of quality.Lots of exciting features.Love the flash tht can be used while recording in low lights.Definitely worth the price seeing as it is still selling in other places for 750 pounds.
