Sony BDP-S360 Blu-ray Disc Player With 3 Blu-Ray Films in the box (Angels & Demons / Slum Dog Millionaire / Terminator Salvation)

nice machine but fussy on some disks ,dissapointed that it wont play divx hence the 4 stars

I like the player very much but I ahve snet now 5 emails (one bounced back) and phoned play.com twice about receiveing the Avatar Blu-Ray disc included in my deal and it still hasn't arrived and no-one seems to be helping!

I think this is an excellent deal, to buy this player and the blu-rays indivdually would cost more than 200 pound. Not only that but the player is of a high quality and has support to update the software for future blu rays. I have purchased other blu rays from different shops and they all work perfectly and the picture quality is truely astounding. Throw in best buy reviews from Which? magazine and the gadget show and you have a well spec'd and reliable player that I defintley reccomend to buy.

at this price you get your moneys worth...1st off when on display it looks the part has a blue centre piece light when running and with sony written on the front you have nothing to be ashamed of... secondly it upgrades the picture on your exsiting dvds beautifuly.. and providing you have a half decent tv it does what a blu-ray player should do plays your blu-ray movies with an outstanding picture..ps plays me cds ok aswell..a done deal

Still not tried this player but a mate of mine has one and it's a great peice of kit. It's a little slow to load a movie but I can live with that.
To the guy who says it only plays region 2 disks you a wrong. To get it to play region 1 disks you have to Flash your remote control. Once you've done that you can play region 1 without any issues.
Like I said I still have to open mine (xmas prezzi) but in past experience these machines are quality!
