Logic3 i-Station TimeCube iPod Speaker Dock / Black

I ordered this after a lot of thought and research about ipod alarm clocks costing much more than this. I opened the box and took out the alarm clock. First impressions - very cute and looks expensive. Plugged it in and the display came to life. Very bold and clear display. Too bright for night times so pressed the snooze/dimmer button twice and the display dimmed to a nice comfortable level. I tried the digital FM radio - yes a DIGITAL radio at this price point. The reception was very good, I did not even stretch the aerial cable out. I could not believe the sound quality and volume this thing gives out. The sound from the radio is very clear and the bass is ok given the size of the speaker - yes only mono but it really does not matter. I plugged my iphone 3g into the dock, nice and snug. On selecting the ipod icon music played automatically and was again excellent. I really cannot fault the device except for the alarms. You can set a weekday and daily alarm. You cannot set one just for weekends. Shame really. Anyway I am very very pleased with this, I can mention more expensive kit but for the price you can not complain. Logic3 have made a great piece of electronics and their latest stuff just keeps getting better. Brilliant.

I shopped around for ages before buying a dock...i was looking for specifically with fm radio and suitable for i phones and my nano. This dock has great sound quality and is surprisingly really loud! Great Buy. I found it so hard choosing and reviews helped so here's mine! Enjoy.

This dock/alarm clock is very good value for money and is really sturdy despite the price. It is simple to operate and the sound quality is surprising clear for its size.
