Disgo 7" Portable Digital TV / iPod Dock / FM radio / Multimedia Player / Alarm Clock

Just listening to radio,the sound is of good quality ,haven't got i phone so not able to try docking station out,would've have been better if mp3/4 compatatable,as we all can't afford a i phone!..Bought this for 47-99.at 1 day only sale price saving 102 pounds..Got this solely for the 7 inch LCD Freeview TV.Got a great picture plugging in the roof aerial at my mum's,but couldn't get a strong enough signal using the supplied indoor aerial,so going to purchase a indoor aerial with a booster as i live in Margate which isn't known as a good area for a digital signal and hoping this will solve the recepion problem in my flat as i have no roof aerial as i have sky..

This is rather better than it has a right to be for the price. It was a present for a teenage daughter who wanted a ipod dock for charging and to play tunes. Well it certainly does that and although the sound quality is not brilliant at higher volumes the higher volumes are a bit loud to listen to anyway. Bearing in mind the quality of some of the tracks listened to I don't think poor quality reproduction would make them worse anyway.
The fact that it is portable and runs off batteries is a bonus as this gives a lot of flexibility in use. It doesn't charge the ipod when not plugged in but this isn't unexpected and anyway it's in a bedroom most of the time and acting as an alarm so it stays plugged in.
The screen is small but therefore actually shows a decent picture as although not a high pixel count they are at least close together. It acts as a photo display etc and the digital TV is remarkably good, picking up most of the weak signal broadcasts in our area.
For the price of an average ipod speaker dock you get so much more.

We bought this Disgo Portable TV/Ipod dock for the kitchen, actually thinking that it would not be great but ok. In actual fact, it's great! It immediately downloaded all the Freeview channels and the simple aerial supplied provides an excellent picture quality. The Ipod dock works fine too and charges also (some don't) and the radio is - well, a radio. I love the retro look to the product as it reminds me of the old transister radios.

We love the product so much that we have bought 2 more for the kids bedrooms and am just about to place an order for another for my dad's xmas present.

Problems tuning in freeview. channel numbers all over the place and refuses to find channels on the SDN multiplex in London. After working out and getting used to all the buttons on the dock and remote (not obvious) and after setting favourites, it is actually easy to use.
Picture quality is OK, like an in flight tv screen. picture bleeds but still watchable.
Overall great value for money and compact.

40! I paid 60 a few months ago.

The other reviews hit the nail on the head really. The tuning and channel numbers is a bit odd, but you get used to it.
Currently re-tuning to the new switchover is giving me a bit of a headache, I have not investigated it enough yet, will have a play over the weekend.

The biggest gripe is the clock is fast. Hardly a big issue but what do you expect for the money.
