Sony Video-Walkman NWZA865W / 16GB / MP3 Player / White

i have always had sony walkmans . i still have my old violet sony walkman set up in my kitchen.my last sony ,the nwz-845 packed up after just over a years use (always happens out of guarantee) so i went for this latest model in white ,hey 20quid cheaper than the black model .why? anyway the sound on this player is better than the 845 and is definatly louder . i cannot have this player on full volume unlike the 845 .i dont think the screen quality is much different. but the menus seem faster and easier to use . also has lyrics scrolling on screen when playing songs (u need to download that version of song ) also bluetooth, which connected to my lounge sound system is a nice easy way to listen to music. it also uses drag and drop for all files . u really cant go wrong with this player :)

Three months on after buying this Walkman from Play.My review is as follows..One: the touch screen is sensitive so you need the small slide lock on unless left untouched..two:the software is happier with windows than Mac..Sometimes losing the album artwork for example..Three: the bluetooth on my example has stopped functioning(which, for me was an important addition) so it can,t play wirelessly..And Sony don,t want to know for repair..And A fight with the supplier appears in the offing..Four: sound quality is good and improves through quality headphones..It is nice to not have a fruit based mp3 ,but maybe they perform better and for longer..We shall see.....
