What this means is when inserted into a device it does not make contact unless pushed in firmly and held in place.I sent my first one back but due to a customer service cock up they replaced it instead of refunding it. The second one has the same problem. I can only imagine the entire batch or maybe even all Sony memory sticks are plagued by this issue.Oh and contrary to what play.com customer support says, the "high speed" memory sticks do work in PSPs, it even says so on the packaging (although not in the product details of this website). After customer support told me that high speed didn't work in PSPs I did a bit of research and it revealed that while PSP can use high speed memory sticks, the high speed function is not used, so it runs at normal speed.I have nothing against play.com and I intend to buy a competing brand memory stick ASAP.
