I have already got a pair of these from another well known site and saw them when I was browsing for something else so thought I would write a review for future buyers. These headphones are brilliant, I use them in the gym on the crosstrainer and treadmill, the sound is superb, just about right across all frequences and they don't fall out even though they are larger than most equivalent ones they sit tight. They are well built and the cord is adequate in length and is a bit thicker and better quality than most. I have owned sony, creative, sennheiser before these and didn't think jvc would make good headphones but they sure do. Value for money I don't think you could do much better than these! Highly recommended.

 Ideal for gym/running

First of all, for the VERY low price they offer a good bass response, smooth and deep, but these headphones are let down by the mids and highs, they are brash, loud and tinny and in some songs even overpower the strong basslines.
Imagine a high grade Sub, matched with low-grade tweeters.
Perfect for running or the gym where more expensive headphones are a no-no. Fairly rugged build too, but definitely not for the audiophiles.

Was a little hesitant to buy what seem such cheap headphones as normally, you get what you pay for. They arrived today and as soon as I took them out of the packaging I knew these weren't just another cheap pair of headphones. The sound quality is fantastic, nice and bassy. The ear pieces that come already attached are very comfortable and you get different sizes with them as well just incase. You also get a little case with them too which is handy. Overall I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for replacements to the terrible iPod/Apple earphones, or any other for that matter! I've had rather expensive Sennheiser in the past and to be perfectly honest I prefer these already.

the best budget phones on the market

i got my set through this morning, and they are fantastic! with Samsung ace phones you can barely hear a sound through most head phones, that is not the case with these ive had to turn the volume down. If you got loads of money to throw around obviously go for a hd set but I would recommend these over any other set that is under 50 pounds

I've bought these JVC XX to replace my Philips SHE8000 because just after 1 DAY! the right side had a drop in volume and bass. These in-earphones are just absolutely FANTASTIC! It has a deep bass for all the bass lovers, there are no distortions when playing genres such as dubstep.
The in-ear's are well built, thicker wires then others which hopefully can last as long! They fit nicely even though they are quite big but don't let that get you down on buying these. they don't fall out if you wear the right ear buds.
I would recommend these in ears to anyone at such a good value.
