As far as budget earphones go I don't think you can get much better for the price.
I used to swear by the Sennheiser CX300-II's but since purchasing a pair of X1's to listen to on my daily commute I've not looked back.
The sound isolation is exceptional, they come with three different sized buds, so getting a nice snug fit isn't a problem.
When first listening to them I was surprised by the amount of bass they produced, it was almost a little too much - although after being worn in it reduces a little vastly improving the overall sound. The top-end is where they really shine, with a detailed, clear sound. If you're one of those unfortunates still using the rather pathetic buds that apple bundle in with their products then you'll notice details in your favourite songs that you never heard before.
For the money you'll be hard pushed to find a better sound, if you want a pair of in-ears that will out-perform many pairs costing 3-4 times as much then give these a go.

I received these headphones yesterday, and i must say that they are very good for the price. They fit perfectly in my ears and feel very comfortable, the bass on these headphones are good too. They are smaller than i thought too and overall i would defiantly recommend these headphones.

I have bought a pair of these before and I totally agree with the other review. Great sound quality and a great price. same headphones cost 23.99 on amazon

I bought a pair of these 17 months ago and the left earphone just failed which is probably due to my carelessness!

So I went and bought the same pair again because the noise-cancelling is pretty effective, they are comfortable and provide a good balance between bass and treble. The sound is pretty clear and crisp and I can listen comfortably to all sorts of music and podcasts as well.

I have tried many different brands of earphones in the past including Sennheiser and Skull Candy but these Klipsch ones have been the best.
I think 17 pounds is a great price to pay once a year for these considering I use mine every single day.

Tip: wrap the cord around the back of your ear and this will reduce the noise from the cord rubbing against your clothes.
