Sony MDR-E818LP Fontopia Headphones

I have had these earphones for around five years now and they work just as well as they did when I bought them. The sound quality is amazing and in my opinion has just the right amount of bass. The volume is also much louder than any other earphones I have tried. Highly recommended, especially at this price.

They are some of the greatest earphones ever made but as what was said before in a previous review one of the earphones breaks after about 3-4 months and I have no idea why! So if you want cheap but good go for these but not reliable after a time. Want the reliability factor as well then go for the £15 Sony plug earphones, now they really are some damn good quality earphones!

ive had these for over 3 years and they still give clear perfect sound.
a definate buy for anyone looking for earphones for a mp3 player.

these have lasted just over a year and have been used daily. they only just stopped working. i only paid about 7 quid and have outlasted any in ear headphones i've had.

i have some high quality sennheiser over ear headphones for home use and car journeys but for anything else i use these and they may not have the best sound quality, but they are pretty good!! i shall be buying another pair now

To be honest i wasn't expecting much in terms of sound quality. In-ear headphones don't useually kick out much bass. But these sony's suprised me. They carry a very good ammount of bass and mid, so the sound quality is excellant. They come with a set of foam comform covers for the user to attach if he/she wishes. To be honest i would reccomend fitting them no matter what because the top end sound (tweet) is rediculously sharp and far too harsh without the covers on.
Aside from the only area that can really be improved would be to add an extra 4 inches to the cord length. They can pull a little bit if you're tall. Overall, well worth having.
