  Not bad for the price

These headphones are pretty decent for the price. Their response is good but bass is frequently boomy and overpowering.
However i have found the listening experience good especially when needing extra volume when on a plane.
I must however say that the cable is far too long for general use.
Otherwise a good set of cans

Not doubt about it these are amazing but the cable is huge! Its annoying bulky and way way to long for general every day use ..

  Buy them. Buy them now.

I just ordered my second set of these 'phones. I've had a set for 5 years, during which I have used them daily. They've been dropped, knocked, squashed, constantly pulled in and out of various devices. Obviously they're looking a bit worse for wear; in fact the plug is at a funny angle due to someone tripping on the cable and yanking it out of the PC... this killed my sound card's socket... but the headphones survived this and all the other abuse they've taken over the years. They still work and still sound as good as they ever did.

Which brings me to my next and most important point... they sound great. Admittedly I am not an 'audiophile'; I just love music. Many different genres of music, all of which these 'phones handle very well. They like bass and are particularly good for hip-hop, reggae, blues and rock. I seem to get the best sound by simply using Winamp's "Reggae" preset for almost everything. They are also great for movies and games.

Finally they are comfortable. Many headphones cause problems for me when wearing glasses, but not these. They are light enough to wear for extended periods, and they fit well without applying excessive pressure. Plus the long cable is very handy... even if it is occasionally a Health and Safety risk ;-)

These headphones are much better than you should expect for the price. The build quality may not look great, but they really are built to last - which is why I'm buying them again, not as a replacement but as a spare for the ones which still do the job after 5 years of hard use. In the interests of a balanced review I want to say something bad about them, but I honestly can't think of anything...

Well i bought these as I was fed up with the little in-ear buds and they kept slipping out. Well these little bad boys arrived today and practically ripped the pacakge open! I had been waiting for these and I was certainly not disappointed. I didn't realise that it cam with a 3m long cable, but that didn't bother me. I just plugged them in and what can I say......AWESOME! They sound almost like something twice it's size and 3 times more expensive, I'm very happy for these which cam under £20! As for the sound, it's very crisp and clear, plenty of bass on the songs that have it, with a very pleasing all round sound. Vocals and bass are well balanced allowing me to hear other notes in songs that I hadn't heard before. I varied my songs from Rock, to Indie, to pop, ballad, Dance and Trance and they coped extremely well. Other plus points include being extremely light so they only weigh a fraction compared to other larger more expensive headphones, plus they fold into a nice little bundle so you can store them more easily. I will say now, these are plastice pretty much throughout, but this is what gives it its low in weight. Only concern I would have is for long haired people like me, you will need to brush you hair so that the earpieces can grip your ears properly or they will just practically fall off. =)
Overall, a very nice piece of kit that I will take practically everywhere with me. 9.5/10

These are great headphones, they have an excellent sound once you've adjusted the equalizer properly. They're comfortable to wear and fold up easily, good design.
The Cable is very long, which is great, but if you want it shorter it can easily be tied up.

All in all, a great buy for an excellent price.
