Great charger but the one downfall is there is no instructions on how to connect the UK pin plug in. It's no brainer but it took me a little while to work out with the US connector being a little stiff to get out at first. Other than that I have no other faults, you can charge your ipod and do whatever you want with it unlike when it's plugged into a windows or mac computer.

Yes, it's a tenner more than the others, but works a charm when charging your battery heavy iPhone 3g! :)

I bought this iPod charger a few months ago hoping that it would save me charging my iPod at the computer. It works like a charm, all you do is plug it in and you are away. This charger also saved me sitting at the computer listening to music while charging- you can go anywhere with a socket and listen to music while charging. Another wonderful thing about this charger is that it is completely portable, very useful if you are going on holidays and don't want your iPod dying in the first five seconds of your holiday- this makes this charger a must for travelling iPod owners!!! This iPod charger is also very well built and sturdy so it won't break if you drop it mistake. There are no instructions included but it is a charger- how hard can it be to work?? This charger becomes very easy to use once you figure out how. All in all this is one of the best iPod chargers on the market- Useful, compact and very well built, what more could you ask for in a charger?? It may seem a little expensive in the beginning but still a great buy!!!

This is the best iPod charger on the market, very well made and you get a spare USB lead for your iPod too. Just one thing bothers me though; as it consists of just two parts and is totally self explanatory, how can some people complain about a lack of instructions? More to the point, how can they operate an iPod if this is so taxing? D'oh!

Simple charger but a little overpriced.

Comes with all international plugs that you need so you can use it wherever and I cant understand how this would confuse some people resulting them giving it a lower score!

Great easy to use product that does what its supposed to. How can this confuse people?!!! its a charger, clip the two pieces together and plug ur ipod in! Im amazed you made it past the ordering process if working this charger causes problems!

The people that complained about lack of instructions, I have one question.

Basically, this is an amazingly well designed plug that charges you ipod from the mains; it has the same clean lines as the ipod and other Mac products.

I don't understand how people can't work a simple plug. This is an amazing product that frees up a USB port on your computer. Well worth the money, especially if you have the ipod universal dock.

Thought I'd bought the wrong product. The instuctions are useless and lots of people must have returned this product thinking there is no way it can work. Would have expected better from Apple product.

You will receive this and think, what have i just bought? Upon receiving this i thought i had miss-read the product as I could not see how it actually would charge-up my ipod in the UK.

However one of the plugs dismantles - The plug that has the USB socket. Put the pins in and you need to slide it in the direction of the pins. Don't worry about ramming it as it is quite stiff at first, in fact very stiff. Once you've manged to take the USA socket out replace it with the UK one and you're off.
This is a great little product, but the lack of instructions is frankly appalling. I myself had to read the reviews here to work it out! (Which I should thank you for that by the way!)
