The TV itself looks good and the box, although it may sound stupid made it easy to get out. Setting it up couldn't be easier just practically plug in and play. Other people have commented about the freeview which I couldn't say because I never use it. For HD channels, although it's not 1080p it's hardly noticable. The motion blur is quite noticable expecially during football games but watch it for 30 minutes and you wont notice a difference. There is plenty of sockets for it which is really good and when connected to a computer it is really clear and crisp. I haven't even played around with it that much and in my opinion the picture is great. The sound, again some people have said that it's not too great but I can't tell much difference. It's fine for everyday viewing to be honest. There are many sockets for everything so you wont be disheartened. Overall, for the price a great TV, one you wont be unsatisfied with.
The TV looks great, picture on standard TV is good as are upscaled DVD's. The sound is fine despite other comments made about this style of TV with the speakers being rear facing.
Colours are bright & vivid & there are loads of connections.
Only two downsides, channels take a while to change over via the built in freeview & there is noticable motion blur even on slow moving images, however going into the menu & removing 'movie plus' can help with this.
I would also recomend using good quality cables for any connections to DVD or Sky box etc, gold scarts will make a differance & they dont have to cost a fortune.
All in all, a good set, there are better sets on the market now though which also have full 1080p res.
