Have had to return this item twice in less less than a year. Same problem happened both times, sound went in one of the ears. And judging by some of the other reviews here i am not the only person to have suffered this fate.

When they were working they were a great piece of kit, but having returned a 2nd pair of the headphones for the same problem i wont be ordering these again.

NO complaints against PLAY.COM they have been very helpful on both occasions.

Do not buy these head phones!
Now dont get me wrong the sound quality is good to say the least, however the overall quality of this product is TERRIBLE! They lasted about 3 months before they started to break. 3 MONTHS! Luckily I have some skill with a soldering iron and fixed it which means i got another 3 months of use before the right ear phone broke completely.
I wouldnt spend £10 on this piece of junk and they are asking £40 for something with a tiny life span.

I had a pair of these for at least 6-8months before I lost them, I bought the Sennheiser CX 95 Style earphones and I have to say as a replacement they really didn't compare. The crappy cable quality, annoying case, stupid extension cable and middle of the road sound quality really made them a bad purchase, these are much better, warmer mids, strong bass and a nice curve at the highend that doesn't leave you having to compensate by dropping off the EQ.

Yes support is a little tricky, but I do believe they are commited to their customers based on what those have said that got through the paper work so to speak.

They are worth the purchase, trust me...
