After reading most of your comments a lot of people are commenting about compatibility with gaming consoles so I will start there.
Both of the latest HD platforms (ps3/xbox360) work with this tv, it has an excellent resolution for the screen size and the contrast of 3000:1 is 3x better than that of the more expensive samsung 19".
LG are one of the leading manufacturers of LCD tv's so quality is guaranteed, this tv supports VGA which is a high standard of screen quality and will definitely support 720p and more than likely 1080i for a xbox360, just in case if you were to purchase this tv and a 360 console in the system blade of the console dashboard their is a HD support section which will test your tv for the best HD setting for your tv.
What you will be let down by however is the sound quality and quantity of ports for scart and other devices, this generates a problem for those who wish to connect both a console and digital tv box at the same time as there is not enough ports for them both. This tv doesn't support HDMI, however on a tv of this size it wouldn't make much of a difference I promise you!
For the money this is an excellent tv if you are not planning on spending too much on a tv, however those people who wish to run a Nintendo wii i would seriously reconsider and buy a tv a no less than 26" because this will seriously decrease gaming pleasure.
To finish this can also be used as a pc or external laptop monitor, which means you can view HD content from the Internet plus you will be saving money when it comes to upgrading your pc!
Hope this was of some help!

I have had my screen for several months now, and I love the level of detail it provides.
You can get a higher quality picture with it, very simply:
1. Buy a Dvi-male to Hdmi female adaptor ( less than £15)
2. Attatch the adaptor to the dvi port on the back and plug your hdmi cable in.
3. Press the Input button on the remote when on the dvi connection.
4. Then press right, which puts the monitor in to high quality pc mode, and allows for clear, natural pictures.
Plus, it allows hdmi connection :D
Note: Pc mode only works on 720p 60hz.

Yer the tv is rele gd itself gd picture on tv and amazing on high def for xbox. However do not buy if u want to mount it on the wall because the electricity supply is a kettle lead that goes straight into the back and sticks out too far the there is a stand that i thought might work but no the joint on the tv doesnt move so u cant actually rotate the screen up of down, i brought the wall mount that was linked with it and it doesnt even fit the tv (well done play.com u rele thought that one throuh). But other that tht it is an amazingly good moniter and the sound is also gd!!!!!!

This TV is an awesome tv for the price, i didnt think it would be very good because of the price and the size, but when it arrived i was shocked at how big it is i could have sworn it was a 22", And the picture quality is just top notch
The sound quality isnt bad at all but if you were to have it in a large room e.g living room then the sound quality may not be as good, however because mine is in my bedroom i found the sound quality to be very good aswell
the overall tv is very easy to set up and you can select which mode to have it on e.g AV1, AV2, componant etc. The television itself is a very futuristic trendy good looking design ( i thought)
I strongly recommend anyone to buy this TV instead of wasting loads of money on a more expensive probably not as good TV, and if you have an xbox 360 or a psp slim buy this tv now!

Received this TV for Xmas and it is fantastic. Brilliant picture, a shame about the sound but nothing a set of logitech pc speakers couldnt fix. I did originally have it in 1080i for my xbox 360 but now use an xbox vga cable to receive a much better resolution setting of 768!! This is in fact better than 1080i and supports antialiasing which the component does not.

However the biggest surprise is that this TV would actually be advertised as a 22" in stores. I was in Currys the other day and the 19" tv's looked so small compared to this. With some investigation i discovered that this is a 22" TV and the actual screen spans 19". As opposed to shops advertising 19" TVs which only have a visible screen size of around 15.5"!!!

Brought one of these from else where, can't fault the monitor at all, connected my ps3 to the monitor via component cable and got 1080i detected! runs ps3 like a treat, not to mention its also a pc monitor (dvi/analogue). True it doesn't have a digital tuner but with scart sockets available you can simply hook up a freeview box to it :)
One of the best all in ones you are likely to find. Buy it!!

This television is excellent value for money and I rate it highly. The picture is great, and also stays great when Xbox360 is connected. I've had no problems with it and despite only having it for about a month, I don't think I'll have any problems with it in the future. Highly recommended!
