These full-size rechargeable infrared cordless headphones combine quality and convenience for either TV or music enjoyment in your home.

Philips headphones reproduce some terrific and sensational sounds from good Hi-Fi's.

They are infra red headphones and therefore require a base unit which plugs into the mains. The headphones themselves are lightweight and comfortable. They incorporate a power on/off switch, to save the battery power. (they use two batteries and if the power is always switched off when not in use the batteries last a very long time). There is also a volume control on the head unit.

The quality is second to none in sound reproduction.

The downside to this type of headphones is the fact that the head unit always has to 'see' the base unit, because the infra red beam has always got to be unbroken.
