I have had this player for 12 months now and it has just stopped working again for the third time. First the remote broke and Samsung replaced, then I was watching a film and it crashed. Downloaded latest software which took about 30 minutes and was not the easiest or as straight forward as Samsung say. Same thing happened again a couple of months after as I was half way through a film...Not trying to be too critical but I have a Samsung LCD tv and this has had to be repaired 3 times in 12 months....Come on Samsung !! what are you playing at! ..I would recomend that you pay a few more quid and get a proper Blueray player....

This blu ray player is a bit bigger then i expected and also u will have to update firm ware which could take upto 1 hour depending on internet speed but apart from that this player does its job and should last till blu rayer players shrink in size abit and are cheaper to buy.
